No, you do not need to install any special software to take part in the event. All you need is a computer, or mobile device with speakers and a working internet connection (with an internet speed of 5 Mbit/s download). We recommend a stable Wi-Fi connection or better a fixed LAN connection. All common internet browsers (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Edge) are supported. We advise to use the latest version.
Will the lectures be recorded and available after the congress?
Yes, lectures will be recorded and accessible on our livestream platform as videos on-demand until 3 month after the livestream date.
The videos-on-demand will be available approximately two weeks after the online conference. Please use your existing login data to gain access.
Where can I find my login data to enter the livestream?
You received your personal login data, comprising a user name and password, via e-mail shortly before the congress.
If you have lost your password, you can online easily get a new one. Just click “Lost your password?” below the login form.
Can I ask questions during the lectures?
With the chat function below the livestream window you have the possibility to ask your questions directly to the moderators and the speakers .
You may find all current live sessions on the website “Livestreams”. There you may choose which channel you would like to view.
In the programme you may find an overview of all sessions and lectures.
Can I pause the livestream?
The livestream cannot be paused, as all sessions and lectures are live. Afterwards, you have the possibility to watch the videos on-demand, as selected sessions will be recorded.
How do I receive my attendance certificate?
For each day you may download your attendance certificate below the livestream window. The button will appear each day at 11.30 a.m. Please refresh the website to see the button after this time of day.
How can I receive the accreditation points?
The number of accreditation points will be in accordance with the attended sessions. For this purpose, we will track your activity on the livestream.
For attendees from Germany, we will gladly submit the attendance to the Bayerische Landesärztekammer (Bavarian Medical Association). Therefore, please enter your EFN (Einheitliche Fortbildungsnummer) below the livestream screen daily. Please note that the German EFN starts with the numbers 8027 and contains 15 digits.
