Registration

Is the Munich Vascular Conference certified?

The CME accreditation for the 13th MAC Conference will be requested at the Bavarian Medical Association and the EACCME.

How do I receive my certificate of attendance?

The certificate of attendance will be sent to you by e-mail shortly after the event. If you are a doctor in Germany, please provide your EFN (Einheitliche Fortbildungsnummer) on-site. Thus, it will be automatically forwarded to the Medical Association (Ärztekammer).

How often do I have to scan the EFN or request a certificate?

Participants in the on-site event scan their EFN once a day at the conference counter.

Participants from abroad do not need to scan the EFN.

How and when can I register for the 13th Munich Vascular Conference?

The online registration can be found in the menu under Registration.

Is there an on-site registration option?

On-site registration is possible. Please be aware that the attendance cannot be guaranteed in advance. Full payment of the registration fee is required for participation. The registration fee can only be paid by EC or credit card.

Is there a livestream of the Munich Vascular Conference? Do I have to choose between attending on-site and participating in the livestream?

No. The 13th Munich Vascular Conference takes place only as an in-person event on-site in Munich, Germany. There will be no livestream available.

What ticket options are available?

Information on the tickets, fees, discounts etc. can be found in the menu under Registration.

Are day tickets available for the congress?

Yes, further information can be found in the menu under Registration.

Are there any reductions available? What kind of proof is required?

Reduced ticket fees can be found in the menu under Registration. The proof (issued e.g. by the medical association, your employer) must be submitted up to 7 days prior to the start of the event, otherwise the reduction previously granted will be recalculated.

What payment options do I have?

We offer PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard) and ApplePay.

How can I cancel my registration?

Cancellation of a confirmed registration must be made in writing. If a confirmed registration is canceled, cancellation fees may apply. These can be found in the General Terms and Conditions. Cancellations are only possible up to 14 days before the event.

When will I receive information about the program?

To guarantee you the most up-to-date information possible, we work together with our speakers on numerous current program highlights. Continuously, we adapt the program to relevant developments. Further information on the scientific program will follow shortly.

Hotel booking

Is it possible to book hotel rooms via the congress organisation?

We reserved a hotel selection with rooms for a discounted rate especially participants of this conference.

Simply book your hotel room directly via the online portal of our partner KONSENS.

Social programme

Will there be an accompanying social programme? How can I book the social programme?

All information on the social programme can be found in the menu under Programme.

The Congress Evening Event can be booked as part of the online registration.

Abstracts

When does abstract submission start and when is the deadline for submission?

The abstract submission is open.

Further information about the abstract submission and the deadline for submission can be found in the menu under Abstract Submission.

Do I have to register as an abstract presenter for the congress?

The presentation of your abstract is planned for the on-site event. Please register for the congress on your own. Alternatively, a co-author can take over the presentation. Please inform us about this at mac@wikonect.de.

Speakers and Chairpersons

What technical information should I pay attention to for my presentation?

Presentations can be uploaded to the media technology system in advance. Fo this purpose you will receive a separate e-mail from us.

The presentation in the lecture hall is automated via a laptop.

It is not possible to use your own laptop/notebooks for the presentation. A Presentation via overhead projector or 35 mm slides are also not possible.

The preferred file format is *.pptx (PowerPoint 2010 or higher) – *.ppt (PowerPoint up to 2007) and *.key (MacIntosh Keynote) will be reformatted by our technicians.

Other formats such as Word, Pdf or Prezi are only possible to a very limited extent. Please contact our media check for detailed consultations.
